Sweet little Captain goes home tomorrow. He has a much better vocabulary now and an understanding of the word No. He is still very puppy but he is so young I am confident he will level out to a superb dog once he gets a chance to grow up just a little.
His leash manners are great now and his Placemat is really quite good. His Down is still jumpy. He wants to be on your toes and he wiggles a lot but he can do it.
Cap is a very smart boy and training him was so fun. He Was more polite in the house than any 5 month old I’ve ever had before. He is charming and if his folks are able to keep his foundation of training solid he will be quite a gentleman when he grows up. I can’t wait for his follow up lessons!
