Ripley and Ruby Board and Train day 6

The pups are doing fine. We are still toiling away with the formal Heel command, they tend to try to float around my feet instead of staying on the left. Ruby is especially bad about wanting to ooze over to the right side and trot along there. Her Down is still a bit reluctant but she is getting better. She is very good at Come unless she thinks I am going to ask her to Heel afterwards. Then she drags her feet. 
Ripley is doing fine with Sit, Down, and Come and his Heel is coming along but he still only stays in his place for a short distance. We are going to work on lengthening the walk and getting his Heel looking sharper. 
Their radius training is fantastic. They went on a nice long romp today and ran in the field and played in the tall grass and once called they turned on a dime and sped back to me. They stay close but do enjoy exploring and sniffing around. 
Tomorrow they will still get their exercise and their walks and I will try to get in a few work outs but with the Easter holiday we will be spending time with family. Luckily, my family is obsessed with these little guys so they won't be banished to their kennels but out with everyone else. The next blog will be on Monday. They are doing fine so far. Just need to fine tune that Heel and clean up their other commands.
