Maitri is my first Polish Lowland Sheepdog student. I am so far quite impressed with his personality and his willingness to work not to mention his quickness figuring out what I want. He knows some commands already but is adapting nicely to the way we do things around here and he has settled in well.
His leash manners are already very good and he has picked up the automatic Sit almost immediately. He seems to know Down but he is a little hesitant at times to go all the way down. He Comes on command but doesn't always stop when he is supposed to and he is learning to Sit when he gets to me.
Maitri has made some good buddies already and even though we are only on day 1 I feel we will be moving right along with this guy and getting him off leash in no time.
