Cute little Shawna is doing so well but goodness she is still such a puppy. She will get a command right and then the praise she gets sends her celebrations over the top and we have to calm her down. She is such a happy little goofball. We are working on her understanding that being praised does not mean work time is over.
Her Placemat command is going really well. Her puppy attention span is making it hard for her to stay out longer than 45 minutes but practice and maturity will make all the difference here.
Tomorrow is her last full day of training and I am pleased with where she is and I am looking forward to her follow ups later.
