My sweet friend Tsula is all done with her training tomorrow. I am proud and impressed with how quickly she took to her training. She enjoys her freedom with the remote collar but in new places she seems to find comfort in a physical leash. Like she feels she won't get lost or forgotten. Once she is familiar with a place though she loves exploring and with just a quick tap from her collar she comes right back to her person.
Tsula is a fun dog with a good work ethic and so most of her mistakes are accidental. She still sometimes tries to anticipate your commands and sometimes guessed wrong. But she is easy to correct and doesn't take it personally, especially if she knows she will get a chin scratch at the end.
She has been a ton of fun to work with and I know she will be thrilled to get home and get back to her routine. The important thing is that new rules are upheld at home so she doesn't back slide. Tsula is a good little worker and I know she will try hard to please her mom. And what more can you ask for from a young pup?
